OFFICE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsible Office Administrative Assistant to assist the Alison Lou team on any and all day-to-day office needs. This role requires a resourceful and motivated person who is organized by nature. You would be well positioned to learn the ins and outs of sales, production, and more, while supporting a talented and driven team. You will be assisting in all areas including wholesale, retail (in-store) sales, customer service, production and more. You should feel comfortable with the below:  
  • Support sales staff during high season
  • Organize and facilitate wholesale order shipments
  • Assist with daily production runs
  • Help to fulfill and ship online orders
  • Assist with press and editorial loans 
This role requires strong communication and organization skills. The ideal candidate must be ambitious, willing to handle any task that comes their way (with a smile, a plus!), and have excellent time management skills.
Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1-2 years professional experience (fashion/jewelry industry preferred but not required)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (specifically Excel), Google Docs, Shopify (Business Mind is a plus but not required)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Highly motivated with a positive attitude and team player mentality
  • Comfortable commuting around NYC for office needs
