Order Processing

All orders are processed and shipped from New York City. Please note orders are processed pending item availability and credit card verification (for first time international orders). You will be contacted if there are any issues with your order.

All items are made-to-order (except In-Stock Collection and Loucite) in New York City and take approximately 20 business days for production. This does not include weekends and holidays.

For items that are in-stock and ready to ship, processing may take up to 5 business days. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an automated email with tracking information.

Domestic Shipping

Ground Shipping** - Free for orders over $250 (Excluding Hair + Nail Collection), $10 for orders less than $250
2nd Day Air** - $45
Overnight** - $70
In-Store Pick Up* (994b Madison Ave, New York) – Free
New York City Messenger (Manhattan Only)* - $20

We does not ship to APO/FPO addressed or P.O. boxes.

We do not ship on weekends or U.S. Holidays and we do not offer Saturday delivery unless this has been requested and approved prior to purchase.

*NY State Sales Tax applies to all in-store pick up and messengered items.

International Shipping

We ship internationally for a flat-rate based on location. Any taxes or customs duties are included in the cost of your order.*
*Please note Canada, Australia, and New Zealand show duties and taxes separately on your order.

All international orders are fully insured with Swap Package Protection.

All international orders are considered final sale once shipped and are therefore ineligible for refund or exchange.

Europe - Flat rate $30 USD
UK - Flat rate $30 USD
Canada - Flat rate $25 USD
Australia & New Zealand - Flat rate $30
Rest of the World - Flat rate $35

 

Shipping Insurance

All fine jewelry orders are shipped insured and require a signature upon delivery.
If you choose to waive signature upon delivery, please note in Special Instructions/Gift Note at checkout or contact us upon placing your order.
We are not responsible for any lost items that are not signature required.

 

In-Store Pick Up

You will receive an email or text notification when your order is ready for pick up.

Items that are in-stock will be ready for pick up within 24 hours (excluding weekends) at 994B Madison Avenue, New York

 

Sales Tax

Sales tax is calculated according to your shipping destination.

Orders placed in stores and for pick-up are subject to New York State tax.

 

Rush Orders

If you need your order by a specific date please contact us prior to placing an order at orders@alisonlou.com. We will do our best to accommodate you, but cannot guarantee rush production and/or shipping.

For last minute gifts, we suggest shopping our In-Stock Collection. We also offer virtual e-gifting, a custom digital e-gift to send to your loved one as a place holder until the real thing is made and shipped. Please include the name of the recipient and personalized message in our Special Instructions/Gift Note section during checkout.
